Please let your community know - Until December 31, all gifts to Sisters will be matched 50 cents on each dollar through the generosity of a group of individuals and businesses - and additionally, all NEW donors will be matched 1:1 by The Rose E. Tucker Charitable Trust and The Collins Foundation. 

A new donor’s gift of $100 will become $250, and a $100 donation by a returning donor will become $150!

Sisters is grateful to be the beneficiary of Willamette Week’s Give!Guide again in 2008! This fundraiser is aimed at getting folks 35 and under to give charitable gifts, by providing oodles of truly excellent incentive gifts - but everyone is welcome to give.

How the Willamette Week Give!Guide works: starting November 12 until December 31, when you go to http://giveguide.oaktree.com/ and donate to Sisters, you will be awarded with great incentives - WW is buying the incentives, so 100% of your donation goes to Sisters.  If you don’t want to donate online, print out this form and mail it to WW Give!Guide, 2220 NW Quimby St. Portland, OR 97239.

Gifts you Earn by Giving:
Anyone who gives $25 or more will receive an envelope containing all manner of goodies - A couple of TriMet bus tickets, a coupon good for a loaf of Dave’s Killer Bread, a coffee drink of your choice from any Portland-area Peet’s, two scoops from Staccato Gelato, a free haircut at Paul Mitchell School, a tazlab.com dog supply discount, free sunshine dairy products, free bowling shoes at Grand Central Bowl, a Stash tea bag, a coupon good for a discount at Trebol restaurant, and more.

For gifts of $400 or more, there’s an added incentive: Home delivery of beer, wine, coffee, tea, animal accessories, and ticket vouchers to Cappella Romana. And for gifts of $1,000 and more, the goodie bag will contain some sparkling wine- which will be personally delivered by WW’s editor Mark Zusman, or publisher, Richard Meeker.

For donors 35 or younger, there are added benefits. They’ll be a raffle for a Vitamin Water Never Summer snowboard, a year’s supply of Vitamin Water, 10 pairs of Keen Footwear, a basket of Snook’s doggie treats, a check for $1,000, and a year’s ZipCar membership — including a free weekend with the ZipCar of your choice.
