Sit? Lie? Stand!

Did you know that Sisters’ Civic Action Group helped persuade the City of Portland to postpone the punitive Sidewalk Obstruction Ordinance (‘sit-lie’) until measures like showers, bathrooms, benches and a day center are in place, so that people are not punished for trying to get their basic needs met?
